We started building this feature for LUGO app from middle of this year, when we found that users had to tap on the respective bots first to get to the function they need frequently.
With the easy access to services used frequently, we expect this will shorten the time needed and ease the frustration faced by users.
For ManjaLink and ManjaPay users who want to have a quick overview of their card balance or use as payment method onboard buses respectively, the shortcut and widget can be turned on easily as well.
